One of God’s benefits is healing. Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name. God’s Word is healing. He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions. (Psa 107:20 NKJV)
God wants you to live. I shall not die, but live, And declare the works of the LORD. (Psa 118:17 NKJV)
Choose to live. Be a fighter! “I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; (Deu 30:19 NKJV)
You will live a long life. With long life I will satisfy him, And show him My salvation.” (Psa 91:16 NKJV)
Jesus bore your sins AND your sicknesses. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed. (Isa 53:5 NKJV)
God will restore your health. For I will restore health to you And heal you of your wounds,’ says the LORD, ‘Because they called you an outcast saying: “This is Zion; No one seeks her.”‘ (Jer 30:17 NKJV)

Agree with someone for your healing “Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. (Mat 18:19 NKJV)
What you say will make a difference. So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. “For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. You are redeemed from the curse. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Be anointed with oil by a Christian who believes in healing. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. (James 5:14-15 NKJV)
Jesus has already paid the price for your healing. who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed. (1 Pet 2:24 NKJV)
Be confident in your prayers. Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him. (1 John 5:14-15 NKJV)
God answers the prayers of those that keep His commandments. Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God. And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight. (1 John 3:21-22 NKJV)
Fear is not of God. Rebuke it! For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. (2 Tim 1:7 NKJV)
Cast down those thoughts and imaginations that don’t line up with the Word of God. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, (2 Cor 10:4-5 NKJV)
Be strong in the Lord’s power. Put on His armor to fight for healing. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Give testimony of your healing. “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death. (Rev 12:11 NKJV)
Your sickness will leave and not come back again. What do you conspire against the LORD? He will make an utter end of it. Affliction will not rise up a second time. (Nahum 1:9 NKJV)

Meditate on these scriptures till they get into your very bones. Seek God concerning them and wait on Him. Let Him speak to your heart, that is the basis of faith – ‘Faith comes by hearing’. Faith is what will heal your body. Faith comes alive when the word on the page becomes the word in your heart. Once it comes, speak it out and walk it out in healing and health. I have Parkinson’s disease. I would love to be healed form it, so I can do the things I used to do before I was diagnosed in April of 2014. I t has progressively become worse. I fall a lot and have very bad balance. My voice is terrible and it is harder and harder for me to vocalize. My handwriting is terrible and no one can read what I am writing. It is very difficult for my husband to cope with all of my problems with PD. He is a wonderful man and does a lot for me. He provides me with all of the amenities of life here on earth. Please pray for him too.
Jean – God can and does desire to heal you. The issue is not moving God by prayer as it is moving your heart into faith. Faith moves the hand of God. Prayer, effective prayer, is the verbal release of your faith to God on behalf of something – something you are believing for. This whole process of faith and receiving is what this site is about.
Here it is – You have a Desire to be healed of Parkinson’s disease. You have turned that desire into a Hope through the reading of the scriptures that talk about healing. Jesus can heal you I prayed for my mom who was declining in her health with a battle against a disease called Parkinson’s… however without any problem and with ease one day the Lord put in my heart to pray for her because I saw her appearance pale face , dull eyes, her back started to give out her hand would shake and wake her up …not allow her to sleep well…not even eat in peace.
Two weeks after I prayed that Saturday morning at church my mom stop feeling all those things and to my surprise one Sunday morning at the church Gathering she was told by the pastor and it was a surprise to me when she got up from my side and went up to the altar to give testimony and thanks to God Almighty first and then to those who had prayed for her along with me.
So I give testimony that we can be healed by God In The Name of Jesus Christ. It’s not hard just ask your father. He listens to us. John 1.2.

Thalita – It is usually used, as it is above, as a scripture against the calamity of sickness coming back a second time. To me it is somewhat of a stretch in that the context of the whole passage has little or nothing to do with an individual’s sickness or well being. The passage is a prophetic picture of the adversaries of the Lord and His overcoming power.
However, God can use scriptures like these to ‘speak’ to us, even if it is not exactly within the context of the verse. There are even some quotations in the New Testament of Old Testament verses that some could consider being a bit of a stretch. We love you. Rex

I am diabetic and losing kidney function . I just read all the above scriptures and plan on reading them at least once a day. My faith keeps growing ever stronger with each and every scripture . Believe that God loves you , ask him to help you decide what to eat , when and how much. Talk to God just like I’m talking to you now. Sherron – I will pray for you but you also have to walk in wisdom and obedience. If you know you are not doing right with your eating you have to make a change. God is probably the one dealing with you. Do what you know to do and also believe God for His mercy and power to heal you. Exercise is important but cutting the carbohydrates out of your diet is the best thing. It will correct you in no time. Get serious with it. She did two c-sections there are lumps in the tummy area
Ultrasound reveals that she has fibroids and an introverted womb

Grandchild on the way. All of my children went to college. One has a doctor’s degree, one has a masters degree, and one had a bachelor’s degree. My youngest child did not get a degree but he did go. I was not getting child support from the courts.
I prayed and asked God for help. I attended church and I took my children to church . I read my Bible often. I believe that God exists and He helps me make it every day. He even healed me from diseases I was diagnosed with. Find you a church you’re comfortable with. Read your Bible and trust in the Lord.

Thank you, Mrs. Osteen. I will read aloud and meditate on these scriptures. My cousin, Bernard was in a terrible car accident. He is in a rehabilitation facility. My five aunts are not in the best health. Two of them are in rehabilitation centers. I suffered from blood cloths and I’m still in the healing process. I have faith in the healing powers of GOD. These scriptures, I will read for healing and I will testify to GOD ‘S magnificent healing powers, giving HIM all the praises and glory. HE is a healer.
