The way to get real-life results in prayer is to seek God with an attitude that says, “No matter how long it takes, or whatever I have to do, I will not be denied.” This is not arrogance; it is Godly hunger. It is not about pushing God, but about pushing yourself into God. It is not praying for the sake of praying. It is praying to see the hand of God move. It is desperate hungry praying. It is the type of prayer that gets answers.
Faith takes two things, first the written scriptures (hope) and then the spoken personal word of God (faith) – Romans 10:17. The scriptures show us the general will of God and communicate the conditions that must be met to receive faith and see His hand move. His spoken personal word reveals His will to us personally, and lets us know when we have met those conditions. The goal is to hear God confirm His promise and let Him place His witness into our heart. The promise then comes alive and becomes a reality to us. This reality is ‘the substance (lit. – reality, assurance, title-deed) of things (previously) hoped for, the evidence of things not (yet) seen’ (Hebrews 11:1).
This is not arrogance; it’s Godly hunger.This seeking turns the general promises of God into personal realities. This is the period when we work the word, and the word works in us. Seeking God merges the word of God and the will of God into our lives. We become one with the word. This is what Jesus was referring to when He said, “If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, (you shall) ask whatever you will, and it will be done for you.” (John 15:7) This faith process turns desires into Bible hopes, and Bible hopes into real life realities. It is not easy, but it is never impossible. Anybody with enough hunger can make it happen.
The process usually takes time, and there are no shortcuts. God does not respond to part-time seekers. He is only found by those who seek Him with their whole heart. The Bible says, ‘You must be diligent so as to realize the full assurance of hope, so that you will receive the promise’ (Hebrews 6:11). Growing faith is hard work, for the Bible goes on to say, ‘Don’t be sluggish but be imitators of those who through faith and patience have inherited the promises’ (Hebrews 6:12).
This is desperate hungry praying. This is the type of prayer that gets answers.Pray until you receive an answer from God, for when you do, you will have the victory. You must persevere until you get to a place where you are ‘fully assured that what God has promised, (for) He is able also to perform’ (Romans 4:21). When you hear Him, you have the answer, for Paul says, “Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the (spoken) word of God’ (Romans 10:17). The word translated ‘word’ here is the Greek word rhema, and it speaks of a personal face-to-face type of communication. He is not talking about a mere reading of the word. This is deeper. This is God making the word on the page come alive in your heart. The word on the page must become the word in your heart before you can have enough faith to receive from God.
Then, and only then, you can speak faith’s victory to your life and situation. Speaking words filled with faith is the only kind of speaking that makes a difference. This kind of speaking will move mountains. Seek Him till you hear from Him. Jesus told us that in prayer we should always pray and never give up. Don’t give up! Seek Him till you hear His voice. Let Him deal with your heart, for as you do, He will speak your answer to you. When you hear the answer, you will have the answer.

As a born again, I have been praying for a job and my business that collapssed and I know God will grant them at His best time as His time is always best. Help me with prayers for my faith to grow in Him because sometimes challenges in life associated with fear pull us down. Help me pray so that the spirit of fear should move away from me as I wait for my miracles to come.

I need financial breakthrough
Please pray for me. I have been in a relationship for 10 years, recently my bf and myself have been arguing a lot lately, over petty issues. My bf has just started working, he works 3 jobs. I have not been able to understand his schedule, and I have been getting angry at him almost everyday, I pick a fight on purpose everyday.
Right now, he does not want this relationship anymore. I am deeply sadden and I sincerely want to salvage this relationship as I love him dearly. I have prayed to GOD, to ask for his guidance and help. I hope everything falls into place and GOD hears me out. Please pray for me.
I’m praying a very hard prayer and I need strength. I wish I could tell you about it but its very private. I cannot wait to see what God is going to do. It will be incredible whatever He has in store. I’ve read about PUSH before and I saw where they said not to pray in expectation but rather anticipation yet Psalms 5:3 says expectation. I just wish Christians wouldn’t try to make scripture so hard. I mean the whole thing is so aggravating. Everyone has their own interpretations so why when God knew that would happen didn’t He just make it simple and clear?! I guess with sin in the world, it doesn’t really matter because most Christians just do what they want anyway and just find friends or a church that’s ok with it. I mean God is our focus so if I just stick with His word and prayer then something will happen. Why would I get so hurt by people and depend on them when I have God?
Dear Servant of God. my name is Kennedy and am in a need of prayers. i have been given upto 30th of December 2015 to refund the money that missused or else my house will be put on sale to recover the 580000k that i owe my organisation. we setled the issue out of court and now am not able to raise that much cos i lost my former job in september 2015.
i have been praying and i know God is faithfull cos He has shown me my mistakes and He is answering my prayers of repentance. I need intercesory prayers so that God may help me reform completely and refund the money by 30th december 2015.

It seems like you are suffering from anxiety attacks. You should speak to a medical counselor or psychologist. In doing so,continue to pray and ask God to calm your mind,body and soul. He is the master healer.
In the past two years there has been a lot of losses in my life and families. Loss of job,loss of finances,loss of life. I declare and have made my request unto the Lord. I have a problem which i would like to share with you and hope you can help me. I don’t know what kind of illness it is.It all started in 2013. My head shakes when i look into people’s eyes for long or when i hear a loud sudden sound or when i keep my head in motion for long. My hand gesture has become very awkward. My leg movement also becomes awkward when it hears a loud sudden sound. Sometimes my eyes doesn’t know when to blink. I have difficulty making eye contact with people and there is so much of uncomfortness in my head.I feel my tooth or jaws being pulled or contraction ,what you call. I want to get rid of this problem. Please help me.I am very helpless. I am from Mizoram, India.

I was looking on here hoping to find something interesting, which I did. Because it was exactly what I need so that I could focus on what I need. Like Today. I had a very stressful evening because I was in a failing relationship because we had grown independent and I had already started thinking about who I really wanted to be with and needed to be with because we were both christian and really like each other. Anyway. i have been constantly praying for the last 3 days and just asked him to please give me something, a sign, a dream, an unexpected wind… Just something. That is how desperate I was. Because I wanted to be with this girl. And right now the only thing that I can think of that he told me was to be patient and to continue praying, because then she will pray…… And so i am hoping the next couple of days will be better for me so if you could pray for me so that I could be in a happy relationship and continue growing with love, it would be helpful….. Amy I feel your pain and have been in your shoes. I pray and pray for restoration for my marriage but 5 years later nothing has happened except he is with someone else and I’m still praying. None of it makes sense and its so hard but you must be willing to be strong and keep going and trusting God. We taught Sunday School together and worked with youth in our church and the whole time he was living another life somehow, I guess while he was suppose to be working because he never missed a dinner or evening at home. I had no clue and well in fact when a friend told me he was cheating I got on to her and stood up for my husband because I had no idea he would ever do that. It’s been a journey of lessons and eye opening experiences that I actually am thankful for. Join me in praying for marriages everywhere to be restored. Divorce has become an epidemic and churches better start waking up to teach truth about God hating divorce and stop telling everyone its ok to do but instead teach and counsel. Pray for healing among couples and for couples to pray together and keep their vows and stay committed to working out issues together and keeping families together – happy healthy families. I hope your story worked out better than mine but I will never stop praying!
I am tired of living a life of begging from people and relatives. Now im living a life of rejection from relatives and friends. It seems i have bad luck, but today i pray to God for a new beggining and restoration in every area of my life. Everything i work for just evaporates into the air and i left with nothing.Please Lord have mercy on me, i am an over 40 grown up but i still have nothing to show even for my innocent children. turned around tremendously & it gets better every year.

Please pray for me, I am so depressed lately I don’t know what to do with myself I am madly in love with a boy and I pray every night he may feel the same way, I never talk about how I feel with my friends because they don’t care and they all have boyfriends now. I self harm but tonight I finally got rid of all the sharp objects In my room. God DOES NOT hate you Laurel. He never did, He never does. He hates sin and therefore made way to have sin permanently dealt with in man, that is through Jesus Christ. If you believe in your heart that JESUS Christ is LORD, that He died for mine and your sins, that He is the only way by which you can be saved, if you confess with your mouth that God raised Him from death to your justification you will be saved. Don’t allow the devil to make you doubt God’s love for you, He so love you and me, the world, that He gave His only Son for our salvation, believe Him and His redemption. He LOVES YOU BEYOND WHAT YOU CAN EVER COMPREHEND. May He by His grace open your eyes to this truth.
I have been disabled since 2013. I had worked 16 years of my life out of my home n I worked as a house wife since 1980. I hasd six surgery’s n found out I have osteoarthritis and spinol arthritis n arthritis in both both hands which I have no function in my left. I did file for dissabilty but was denied early but appealed in November. Now I’m just waiting on my hearing. Please its so hard tO live and function with out money to buy necessity. Please pray for a faster hearing. Thanking you
My daughter and I desperately need prayers. I am going through a divorce and custody battle that is scheduled for trial at the end of this month. I am a survivor of severe domestic abuse, my daughter has been abused and neglected and exposed to the abuse I went through. I grew up in Catholic schools, but have not always prayed. I am so afraid God will not hear my desperate prayers to help save us. I married an evil man. He hurts everyone he comes in contact with. I just want my freedom back and I want my daughter and I to be safe, away from his abuse and control. Every night I get on my knees begging for God to hear my prayers to help us. I am so afraid of what the outcome may be. Please pray for us. Please pray we can get away from him and be safe. I am so scared. Please pray for us.

Can someone please pray for me. I reunited with someone I went to school with. I really love him and want to be more than friends but he is not ready. I feel like he is my soul mate and I cant seem to stop thinking about him. I miss him and hope and pray he come back. I really love him and hope one day we can get marry.
Please pray for my fiance. He is in jail after an unfair trial. He is a hardworking, honest & kind man. A wonderful father. We have a beautiful 3 month old baby girl. We are currently trying to get the verdict overturned because of how outrageously unfair the trial was. We need him home; our family is incomplete without him. Please pray for us.
